Can visiting a hypnotist benefit you?
Hypnosis has been validated to help with an increasing range of somatic and psychological problems.
Hypnotherapy is genuinely helpful if your problem is due to habitual conditioning (habit formation), accumulated stress and anxiety or unresolved events in your past.
Hypnotherapy can be used to access and reprogram these complexes which are being sustained and remain active at the unconscious level.
Before commencement of your hypnotherapy treatment a full case history will be taken and treatment plan discussed.
There is no charge for your initial consultation with the hypnotherapist at one of the practice locations in London and there is no obligation to proceed in to the hypnotherapy treatments unless we are both happy that your hypnotherapy treatments will be of benefit to you.
The hypnosis session begins and usually takes the form of an induction to induce the hypnotic state before therapeutic suggestions or techniques are delivered to allow you to achieve your desired outcome.
You are taught self hypnosis in trance to continue achieving positive changes before being guided back to the normal waking state.
Most successful treatment outcomes can be achieved in as little as one to four sessions.
A single hypnotherapy session is charged £80.00
A course of 4 hypnotherapy treatments is charged £240.00

I enjoy sharing my knowledge, expertise and experience gained as a clinical hypnotherapist in and around London, by both tutoring and lecturing for the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in partnership with The University of West London who provide the highest level of hypnotherapy training and hypnosis courses in the UK right up to Masters Degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I use an eclectic multi-disciplinary approach in hypnotherapy drawing from a varied range of techniques, but always delivered in a powerful yet relaxing state of hypnotic relaxation to help you more easily make the changes that you desire.
